Apartment comfortable, family atmosphere, situated 30 meters from Las Canteras beach in the picturesque area of La Puntilla, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
They are in a pedestrian street that goes to Las Canteras beach of golden sand where you can enjoy the sun almost all year round. You can also sunbathe on the solarium of 300m2 apartments, equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
The apartments have fully equipped kitchen. The area has supermarkets, market, seafood and other restaurants.
We have 48 apartments between external and internal.

In 15 minutes you will find the Centro Comercial El Muelle, with extensive shopping, restaurants and cinemas. If you are looking for more excitement, enjoy watersports on the nearby beach: windsurfing, surfing, sailing and diving.
